And as the man crossed the river,
The water looked back and stared.
“Dusk and morn, day and night. You are at the end of this path.” the water spoke.
“Love, and hate. Life, and death. I am at the end, and the beginning.” he replied in turn.
And then he collapsed into the blue,
And fell asleep.
